**ALERT!  SUMMER 2020 CAMPS CANCELLED**

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE BELOW

Dear 2020 Summer Camp Registrants,

We hope this message finds you and your family safe and healthy. As the projected course of the coronavirus and the efforts to detect and prevent its spread have come into greater focus, Stanford University has determined that neither a regular nor a reduced camp structure could safely be conducted. As a result, Stanford University has made the decision to cancel all summer camps.

We thank you for your understanding and patience as we awaited a decision to be made about conducting day camps. It was our sincere wish to be able to provide you and your family with a safe, fun, and memorable summer.

In the coming days our Director of Operations, Emily Cummings, will be processing your registration cancellation for a full refund. Please note that due to a high volume of refunds, there may be a delay in receiving your refund to your bank or credit statement once the refund is processed. If you have any specific questions regarding your refund, please contact Emily directly (emily.cummings@stanford.edu // 914.384.5249).

We are looking forward to the days where we can once again host you on The Farm and provide you with premier lacrosse instruction, elite competition, a campus tour and more. We will be in touch once we are able to solidify our fall / winter camp dates. In the meantime, thank you for your continued patience and please be well.

Sincerely,

Danielle Spencer
